BROWN BATHROOM REMODEL
Project Information
Brown Bathroom Remodel
Project Type: Bathroom Remodel
Candice and Steve found us through a Google search, looking for a reliable contractor to help make their elderly mother’s bathroom safer and more accessible. Their top priority was functionality for both her and the caregiver team—without a full-scale renovation.
Project Details:
- Targeted Upgrades: We proposed a value-focused plan: replacing the existing tub with a low-threshold shower pan, while keeping the original surround intact. This allowed for a cleaner install with minimal demolition, saving both time and cost.
- Strategic Modifications: To improve usability, we opened up the walls to address minor plumbing issues and reposition light switches for easier access.
- Finishing Touches: A new luxury vinyl tile floor was installed for slip resistance and durability. To complete the transformation, we added a solid wood barn door—custom finished to bring both style and functionality to the space.
- Efficient Execution: The entire upgrade was completed in just a few days and stayed right on budget, giving the family peace of mind and a refreshed, accessible bathroom.
Why It Stands Out:
This project reflects our ability to deliver smart, stylish upgrades that improve daily life—especially for those with mobility needs. By focusing on functional changes and thoughtful design, we created a safer, more accessible bathroom that didn’t compromise on comfort or appearance.
